The SeaWide Express End-of-Year Crunch

The freight industry has several peak seasons.  There is a Springtime Peak for fresh fruit and produce coming out of Florida and California.  In late Summer, another Peak identifies a ramped-up period as retailers position products for the holiday season. But for SeaWide Express, serving Hawaii, Alaska and Guam, its unique Peak season incorporates both holiday shipments and the crunch of getting freight delivered before freezing winter temperatures in Alaska make delivering freight a lot more difficult.
